My counselling sessions are supportive and practical to assist individuals, couples and families to find their strengths and achieve goals , personal and professional.I incorporate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy and Solution -Focused Therapy in my counselling sessions and use The Gottman Therapy techniques for couples counselling that is designed to help couples strengthen relationships , replace negative conflict patterns with positive interactions and to repair past hurts.
