I am passionate about helping people make positive changes and gain control of their lives. and with my warm and relaxed approach I encourage clients to explore fears and beliefs using practical tools and strategies that can help with negative thought processes and reprogramming rigid or limited thoughts and beliefs. My counselling sessions are supportive and practical to assist individuals, couples and families to find their strengths and achieve goals , personal and professional.I incorporate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy and Solution -Focused Therapy in my counselling sessions and use The Gottman Therapy techniques for couples counselling that is designed to help couples strengthen relationships , replace negative conflict patterns with positive interactions and to repair past hurts.
