Injury and Mediation Interventions is a local SIRA approved provider whom since 2010 has been focused on supporting local employers, injured, ill workers and or workers whom has sustained injuries in motor vehicle accidents.

Our staff have been actively engaged with local nominated treating doctors, other allied health professionals, employers and workers within the local region for over twenty years.

Our approach has assisted in facilitating reducing premiums and productivity loss, whilst educating workers in the health benefits of returning to work.

Staff  only undertake the services that all relevant require assistance with, we are in and out as required.

Data reveals that staff have achieved above icare’s return to work benchmarks, we have achieved 85% of workers returning to work with same employer and 82% obtaining employment with a different employer.

All parties involved in the return to work process have a right to choose their own provider
