As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Catherine Henry Lawyers is committed to supporting our staff and clients whilst responding to the advice provided by the Australian Government. Minimising disruption to our clients is a high priority. We are still conducting work on all matters as if we were working within the office even though most of our staff are now working from home. We are attending meetings via telephone or video conference and will liaise with each client on a case by case basis. We are still attending Court appearances however, in circumstances where the Courts have implemented procedures internally, this will likely require attendance via telephone link. We want to assure you of our dedication to providing continuity of service to you. These temporary arrangements will in no way will hinder or prejudice the effective representation of your matter by us.
