Home-Start is seeking volunteers from Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas who are parents or grandparents and would like to help local families.

Can you offer just 2-3 hours a week to visit a local family with small children, and be a friendly face, an extra pair of hands and eyes and company.

Free Training, each Thursday for 6 weeks. All course material is supplied and no exams or assessments. All volunteers are fully insured and supported.
