GKR Karate is the local family based karate club not only here on the Gold Coast but all throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art and although it is best known for being a great form of self defense also promotes good character and generally makes people feel more empowered.
We start kids from the age of five and our oldest students are well into their 70s and 80s!
